Bail Licensing Changes Effective January 1, 2011 (See NEWS page for details) New License term – 2 years. New license will expire 2013. It is recommended Bail Agents complete 6-Hrs. of Continuing Education each year. New Individual Bail Agent application fee effective 01/01/11: $426.00 (Exam fee is $42.00 at a CDI test site/$72.00 at at PSI site).
